Ingredients
- 150g broccoli
- Handful of spinach
- Half an onion
- 1 small garlic clove
- 100ml Ossa Beef Bone Broth
Method
- Steam the broccoli until it's tender enough to stick a knife through the stalks.
- Steam the spinach for a few minutes until wilted.
- In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion until they are soft and fragrant.
- Add the steamed broccoli, spinach, sautéed garlic, and onion to a food processor.
- Pour in the Ossa Beef Bone Broth.
- Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth consistency.
To Serve
- Mix a few spoons of the broccoli spinach pesto with your cooked pasta.
