Why are collagen, gelatine and colostrum bundled together?

They are different products rather than interchangeable versions of the same supplement. The Trio is designed for customers who want all three products together and want a clearer way to understand and buy them.

I already use one Ossa product. Why choose the Trio?

The Trio is for customers who want all three products together and want a clearer way to understand the role and use of each one. It does not replace the product you already use. It simply brings the three different powders into one purchase.

Are Collagen and Gelatine the same?

No. Gelatine is derived from collagen, but the two behave differently. Ossa Collagen is hydrolysed and dissolves easily in hot or cold liquids. Gelatine dissolves in hot liquids and forms a gel when cooled.

What is IgG?

IgG stands for immunoglobulin G. It is the main antibody found in bovine Colostrum. Ossa Colostrum contains a minimum of 35% IgG.

Do I need to take all three together?

No. The product guidance gives separate recommended uses for each product. The Trio does not require all three to be consumed at the same time.

Does Colostrum contain milk?

Yes. Ossa Colostrum is milk-derived and contains milk and milk derivatives. It should be avoided by anyone with a relevant milk allergy.

Do all three have the same certifications?

No. Current product information lists Collagen and Gelatine as Halal and Kosher. Those certifications should not automatically be applied to Colostrum.

Do I have to rebuy all three together?

Not necessarily. The products may be used and depleted at different rates. The retention plan should allow customers to replenish individual products rather than forcing a full Trio repurchase. That is consistent with the approved post-purchase strategy.
