A delicious treat that packs a nutritional punch.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup tallow, melted
- Sea salt, to taste
- Herbs or spices of your choice
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- Place the potato slices in a bowl of cold water to remove excess starch. Drain and pat them dry.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the potato slices with melted tallow until evenly coated.
- Arrange the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with sea salt (and any optional herbs or spices).
- Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the chips turn golden brown and crispy.
