 A delicious treat that packs a nutritional punch.

 

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup tallow, melted
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Herbs or spices of your choice

 

Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  2. Place the potato slices in a bowl of cold water to remove excess starch. Drain and pat them dry.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the potato slices with melted tallow until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Sprinkle with sea salt (and any optional herbs or spices).
  6. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the chips turn golden brown and crispy.
