What’s the difference between Ossa Ambient Jars and Ossa Frozen Broths?

Our frozen broths have a richer taste profile compared to our ambient broths, which are intentionally salt-free. This allows customers the flexibility to season according to their preferences.

Can ambient jars be stored in the freezer?

The broth jars should not be frozen, as the glass may crack. Instead, they can be stored at room temperature, such as in a pantry or cupboard, until the expiry date.

What’s your sterilisation process in ambient jars?

The sterilisation process extends the shelf life of our broths. As they are certified EU organic, they contain no additives. All our jars are carefully sterilised to eliminate bacteria, ensuring longevity while maintaining purity.

Is your broth certified organic?

Yes, all of our broths are EU-certified organic and made with the highest quality ingredients, with no additives or preservatives.

Can I give bone broth to children or babies?

Yes, bone broth is nutrient-dense and can be introduced to children. Always consult with your healthcare provider for infants or children with dietary needs.

How should I use the broth?

Excellent products! My (somewhat spoilt!) dog and I absolutely love the bone broth and I love that it thickens into a jelly once opened and placed in the fridge, showing how much goodness is in there! I make broth smoothies and they get super frothy with the collagen in the broth! (I add salt, lemon, cayenne, turmeric, ginger & honey, tastes DIVINE, and great for the gut!!).

I’m delighted to have found Ossa Organic products as I’ve been looking for healthy alternatives to items such as collagen, ghee and tallow.
