I've been using Ossa Collagen Protein powder for a few months now. I have reflexology monthly and each visit I am told I have digestion issues! Since taking the collagen powder I have had no issues come up! I've also noticed quicker hair and nail growth!

How do you use Collagen?

Our Collagen can be incorporated into coffee, food, particularly in baked goods, bread, homemade ice cream, soups, stews, smoothies, and more.

What type of collagen do you provide?

Type III, sourced from Grass-Fed Bovine and it is made from Hide, which is the natural skin of a cow removed and treated to extract their collagen protein.

Is your Ossa Collagen safe during pregnancy?

Yes, grass-fed collagen is generally considered safe during pregnancy and can be very beneficial. It provides essential amino acids that support skin elasticity, joint health, and hair and nail strength, which can be particularly helpful during pregnancy. Please note, it’s always best to consult your doctor or healthcare professional before taking Ossa Collagen – especially if you have any underlying health conditions or are on medication.

What is recommended daily intake of Ossa Collagen for kids?

1-2 tablespoon per day. It is recommended to consult a doctor or healthcare professional before giving collagen to children to ensure it is suitable for their age and nutritional needs.

Does Grass-Fed Collagen Cause Digestive Issues?
