Everything is clean, organic, grass fed, the company's ethos is brilliant. Totally worth investing in your health and your family's health by buying from Ossa. I don't have a huge income but when I can, I always make sure I buy what I can from Ossa because in my opinion they are the best. They have a sister skincare brand Fierce Nature which is full of epic clean and natural treats for your skin and hair. If you haven't checked it out yet you should!

How do you use Collagen?

Our Collagen can be incorporated into coffee, food, particularly in baked goods, bread, homemade ice cream, soups, stews, smoothies, and more.

What type of collagen do you provide?

Type III, sourced from Grass-Fed Bovine and it is made from Hide, which is the natural skin of a cow removed and treated to extract their collagen protein.

What is recommended daily intake of Ossa Collagen for kids?

1-2 tablespoon per day. It is recommended to consult a doctor or healthcare professional before giving collagen to children to ensure it is suitable for their age and nutritional needs.

Does Grass-Fed Collagen Cause Digestive Issues?

Grass-fed collagen is generally well-tolerated by most people. However, in some cases, it may cause digestive issues such as stomach discomfort, bloating, or diarrhea.

This is especially true if:

-You're sensitive to proteins as some people may have difficulty digesting certain proteins found in collagen and if you take it in high doses or consuming large amounts of collagen may upset your stomach If you’re not used to it. Introducing a new supplement can sometimes cause temporary digestive adjustments.

-If you experience consistent stomachaches or diarrhea, we recommend reducing the dosage or consulting a healthcare professional to rule out other sensitivities or underlying conditions.

Are your products certified Kosher/Halal?

Currently, only our grass-fed Collagen and pasture-raised Gelatine are certified kosher and halal.

What is the difference between ambient and frozen bone broth?

Ambient jars are salt-free and milder in taste, allowing customers to season to preference. Frozen broths have a richer, deeper flavour profile.

Can I store ambient bone broth jars in the freezer?

Currently, only our grass-fed Collagen and pasture-raised Gelatine are certified kosher and halal.

How are the jars sterilised?

Jars are carefully sterilized to kill bacteria and extend shelf life without preservatives. The broths are EU certified organic, additive-free, and maintain full purity.

What is the shelf life of ambient bone broth?

Unopened: Up to 2 years when stored properly.

Opened: Keep in the fridge and consume within 3–5 days.

Are your products certified Kosher/Halal?

Currently, only our grass-fed Collagen and pasture-raised Gelatine are certified kosher and halal.
