How to make 

1/2 frozen banana
1 cup spinach
1 dessert spoon milled flax
1 tsp maca powder
1 cup raw organic milk or almond milk 
1 dessert spoon @ossaorganic collagen
Small handful fresh mint leaves OR couple drops peppermint essential oil
1 tsp raw chia seeds
1 tsp cacao nibs

Blend everything up and serve chilled
