Gut Healthy Peach and Mango Vitamin Gummies

INGREDIENTS

4 ripe peaches peeled and sliced

1/3 cup organic mango purée

1/4 cup organic honey

1/4 cup lemon juice

8 - 10 drops Vitamin C and D 

7 tablespoons Ossa Pasture Raised Gelatine

METHOD 

•  Place sliced peaches in a blender, add mango, lemon and honey. Blend until smooth.
• Pour blended mixture into a saucepan and warm over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
• Gradually sprinkle gelatine into warm mixture and blend with hand blender until smooth or whisk in
• Repeat until all of the gelatine is blended
• Place silicone mold onto a cookie sheet and pour peach mixture into the mold
• Place this on a tray and put it into the freezer
• Remove from mold once fully chilled and firm and store in an air tight container for up to 7 days
