Ahearty Beef and Vegetable Skillet, packed with tender beef, fresh vegetables, and rich, savory flavours using Ossa Tallow & Beef Bone Broth.
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

2 tbsp tallow
-
1 large onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 carrots, chopped
-
2 cups broccoli florets
-
1 cup beef bone broth

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp dried thyme (optional)

1 tsp dried rosemary (optional)
Directions
Heat tallow in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
Brown the ground beef.
Add carrots and broccoli; cook until softened.
Pour in beef bone broth; bring to a simmer.
Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Serve hot with rice or crusty bread.
