Drain and let them dry in the colander. Heat Ossa Organic Tallow in a roasting pan in the oven until sizzling hot. Carefully add the potatoes to the pan, tossing to coat them in the melted tallow. Sprinkle it with rosemary and sea salt. Roast for 45 minutes, turning halfway through until golden and crispy. Serve immediately for a festive side dish everyone will love.
