If you're short on time/effort try adding a tablespoon of Gelatin to your freshly brewed tea and let it infuse to gain the benefits of essential amino acids with glycine that helps aid a well rested sleep. Ingredients

1 Tbsp of Ossa Gelatin

1 Tsp of chopped/sliced ginger

1 Tsp of raw honey

1/2 Lemon

Tbsp of dried camomile and nettle infusion

1 Tbsp of Ossa Gelatin
Directions
In a small sauce pan, add water and ginger and bring to a boil, add Gelatin stir until dissolved, then take off the boil and add diffuser with camomile and nettle and raw honey, serve hot.
