Dairy free, Gluten-free, Refined Sugar Free and boosted with protein and amino acids from our pure, pasture-raised gelatin - the perfect gut healthy sweet treat for any celebration:
Pour 1 cup cold water into saucepan. Sprinkle over gelatin and heat over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring, or until gelatine has dissolved. Pour in warm coconut milk. Add sugar. Heat, stirring, for 3 minutes or until sugar has dissolved. Then remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Pour jelly into a jelly mould. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set. Turn over onto a plate and spoon over frozen berries or passionfruit pulp!
INGREDIENTS
2 x 400ml cans coconut milk
1 1/2 tablespoons Ossa pasture raised gelatin
1/2 cup of coconut sugar
Topped with frozen berries
METHOD
Heat coconut milk in a saucepan over medium heat for 6 minutes or until hot but not boiling and remove to a jug and cover to keep warm.
