Ghee Fried Rice

Upgrade your weeknight meals with this quick and nourishing Ghee Fried Rice, ready in just 10 minutes! Made with Ossa Ghee and Vegetable Broth, it’s packed with flavour, healthy fats, and vibrant veggies—perfect as a hearty side or satisfying main dish.
In a stock pot or large skillet heat ghee. Add rice and stir until rice becomes aromatic. About 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
Add vegetable broth. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. There should still be some liquid left.
Add peas and carrots. Cook on low until all liquid is absorbed and veggies are softer. This should be about 5-8 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small skillet scramble cook the 2 eggs with a little ghee.
When rice and veggies are done stir in eggs and soy sauce.
Serve hot as a side dish or as a meal.
