hearty Beef and Vegetable Skillet, packed with tender beef, fresh vegetables, and rich, savory flavours using Ossa Tallow & Beef Bone Broth.

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp tallow
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup beef bone broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (optional)
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary (optional)

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Heat tallow in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Brown the ground beef.
  4. Add carrots and broccoli; cook until softened.
  5. Pour in beef bone broth; bring to a simmer.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with rice or crusty bread.
