A hearty Beef and Vegetable Skillet, packed with tender beef, fresh vegetables, and rich, savory flavours using Ossa Tallow & Beef Bone Broth.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp tallow
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup beef bone broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried thyme (optional)
- 1 tsp dried rosemary (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat tallow in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Brown the ground beef.
- Add carrots and broccoli; cook until softened.
- Pour in beef bone broth; bring to a simmer.
- Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or crusty bread.
