Little bit of lemon zest for garnish (only from organic lemons! and rinsed with boiling water)
Blueberries
6 raw organic egg yolks
Mangoes (best fresh very ripe)
Bit of real dark chocolate for garnish and for the tastechocolate
raw honey (optional)
Directions
Whip your cream (carefully, not over whip it)
whip egg yolks until smooth (perfectly 10-15 mins)
Mix it together and whip it with collagen and lemon juice until the texture is just perfect
Purée your mangoes and pour it to your favourite glass
Add fresh blueberries
Pour your perfectly textured posset over the fruits
Garnish with lemon zest
Chopped dark chocolate
