We've got an exciting and nutritious recipe to kickstart your mornings—the Avocado Banana Smoothie with a collagen boost! 

Ingredients:

 
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 ripe banana
  • A handful of spinach leaves 
  • 1 tablespoon of flax seeds (optional)
  • ½ cup of coconut milk yogurt kefir
  • A scoop of our premium collagen powder

 

Method

 
  1. Combine 1 ripe avocado, 1 ripe banana, a handful of spinach leaves (optional, Dutch the spinach if you're detoxing from oxalates), 1 tablespoon of flax seeds (optional), and ½ cup of coconut milk yogurt kefir in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add a scoop of our premium collagen powder and blend again briefly to incorporate.
  4. Pour into a glass, sip, and enjoy the goodness!
