We've got an exciting and nutritious recipe to kickstart your mornings—the Avocado Banana Smoothie with a collagen boost!
Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
1 ripe banana
A handful of spinach leaves
1 tablespoon of flax seeds (optional)
½ cup of coconut milk yogurt kefir
A scoop of our premium collagen powder
Method
Combine 1 ripe avocado, 1 ripe banana, a handful of spinach leaves (optional, Dutch the spinach if you're detoxing from oxalates), 1 tablespoon of flax seeds (optional), and ½ cup of coconut milk yogurt kefir in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add a scoop of our premium collagen powder and blend again briefly to incorporate.
