Our delicious Pancit Canton! Bursting with vibrant colors and bold flavors, this Filipino noodle dish is sure to become a favorite at your dinner table.

 

Ingredients:

  • Ghee
  • Garlic
  • Onions
  • Carrots
  • Pea snaps
  • Baby corn
  • Ambient chicken bone broth
  • Canton noodles or egg noodles
  • Shredded chicken
  • Parsley

 

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
  2. Add carrots, pea snaps, and baby corn, and cook until tender.
  3. Pour in ambient chicken bone broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add in the noodles and cook until they are tender.
  5. Mix in shredded chicken and cook until heated through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with parsley
