Craving a Chocolate treat? Try these homemade Reese's Eggs! 🐰🥚

 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup blended oats
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 scoops collagen powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

 

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, blended oats, honey, collagen powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into egg-shaped pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Freeze the eggs for 30 minutes to set.

Once the eggs are firm, it's time to give them that irresistible chocolate coating:

  1. Melt dark chocolate and mix in 1 tsp of ghee for added richness.
  2. Dip each egg into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
  3. Place the coated eggs back onto the parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle a pinch of Himalayan salt on top of each egg for the perfect sweet-salty balance.
  5. Allow the chocolate to set by refrigerating the eggs for another 15-20 minutes.
