A nutrient dense recipe perfect for lunch or dinner supporting skin and gut health, and the immune system by @nutritional.biochemist.

 

Ingredients

  • Ossa organic chicken bone broth boost
  • ½ tbsp Ossa organic ghee
  • 1 portion of Buckwheat noodles
  • 5 seaweed sheets
  • 1 egg
  • Handful of Spring onions
  • 6 shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 fresh garlic cloves

 

Method

  1. Over medium heat, fry mushrooms and garlic with ½ tbsp of ghee. Meanwhile, in separate pans boil the buckwheat noodles until soft (4 minutes) and 1 egg for 8 minutes until medium boiled.
  2. Remove the mushrooms and garlic from the pan and heat the chicken bone broth over medium heat and gently simmer.
  3. Pour bone broth into a bowl and then complete with noodles, mushrooms, egg, seaweed.
  4. Finish with spring onions and serve.
