A nutrient dense recipe perfect for lunch or dinner supporting skin and gut health, and the immune system by @nutritional.biochemist.
Ingredients
- Ossa organic chicken bone broth boost
- ½ tbsp Ossa organic ghee
- 1 portion of Buckwheat noodles
- 5 seaweed sheets
- 1 egg
- Handful of Spring onions
- 6 shiitake mushrooms
- 2 fresh garlic cloves
Method
- Over medium heat, fry mushrooms and garlic with ½ tbsp of ghee. Meanwhile, in separate pans boil the buckwheat noodles until soft (4 minutes) and 1 egg for 8 minutes until medium boiled.
- Remove the mushrooms and garlic from the pan and heat the chicken bone broth over medium heat and gently simmer.
- Pour bone broth into a bowl and then complete with noodles, mushrooms, egg, seaweed.
- Finish with spring onions and serve.
