Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of gelatin
  • 1 tablespoon of cacao
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Grass-fed butter or ghee
  • 1 cup of filtered water

 

Method:

  1. Bloom 2 tablespoons of gelatin in a small amount of filtered water.
  2. In a pot, combine 1 tablespoon of cacao and a pinch of  sea salt.
  3. Add the bloomed gelatin and 1 tablespoon of grass-fed butter or ghee for richness and texture.
  4. Warm the mixture on the stove and blend until smooth and frothy.
