Gut Happy French Toast

We have an amazing local baker called @thelittlesourdoughkitchen where we go every weekend for our weekly fix of fermented, natural and traditional sourdough.
Crack six deep yellow, free range eggs in a bowl. Whip them lightly with a fork until well mixed. Press your slices of sourdough into the egg mix until saturated. Heat up a large cast iron skillet, add 2-3 table spoons of our grass fed ghee to the pan. Fry the egg-drenched sourdough until brown and crispy. Serve with raw cream and raw honey we use @steenshoney for the full power of raw food!
