Mango and Coconut Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 Tbs @ossaorganic collagen peptides
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1-2 Tbsp of honey
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 fresh mango, peeled and chopped
- desiccated coconut to decorate
Method
Combine coconut milk with collagen, honey and vanilla
Add chia seeds and mix well
In a cup layer pieces of orange and mango and the chia mix
Leave in the fridge for 2 hours minimum
Top with fresh mango and desiccated coconut
