Ingredients
- 350g udon noodles
- 240ml Ossa Bone Broth Boost
- 1 tbsp Ossa Tallow
- Thinly sliced garlic
- Sliced sirloin steak
- Spring onions
- Seaweed
Method
- Pre-heat a pan over high heat for at least 1 minute. Once hot, add your Ossa Tallow and then your sliced sirloin steak. Sear each side for about 4 minutes to achieve a perfect medium rare. Set aside to rest for a couple of minutes.
- In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil and cook your udon noodles for 9 minutes. Once cooked, transfer them to a large bowl.
- In a separate pot, bring your Ossa Bone Broth Boost to a boil. Once boiling, pour it over your bowl of udon noodles, ensuring they're fully coated in the rich, savory broth.
- Neatly place a few strips of your perfectly seared steak on top of the udon noodles. Garnish with freshly sliced spring onions, crispy fried garlic, and a sprinkle of seaweed for an extra burst of flavor and texture.
