Summer recipe hack with our pasture raised gelatine, slow-melt ice cubes add a dose of essential amino acids and collagen protein to you favourite summer tipple.
INGREDIENTS (makes two ice trays)
1 Tbsp Ossa pasture raised gelatine
250ml boiling water
1 Lemon
METHOD
Mix 1 Tbsp of gelatine with 250ml of boiling water and stir until dissolved
Thinly slice lemon or peel for the rind and place in ice mould
Pour gelatine/water mixture into ice moulds
Freeze for two hours or more and enjoy with your favourite cool beverage!
